These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alpha Male, including the Alpha Male mobile application, websites, backend services, AI features, Shield Mode, Alpha Tribe, support channels, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
Alpha Male is operated by Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, using Synapse Stacks as the product and support brand ("Synapse Stacks," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Alpha Male is
Alpha Male is a self-improvement and recovery-support app designed to help users reduce or avoid explicit content, masturbation/fapping habits, compulsive sexual behavior patterns, and related relapse cycles. The Service includes tools such as daily pledges, check-ins, streaks, analytics, goals, journals/accountability notes, urge protocols, relapse recovery flows, reminders, Shield Mode, Alpha Chief AI mentoring, and optional social/accountability features.
Alpha Male is intended to support personal discipline and behavior change. It is not a substitute for professional care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location if higher, to use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement with Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, operating the Service under the Synapse Stacks product and support brand, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
3. Important health, safety, and crisis disclaimer
Alpha Male is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapy service, addiction treatment program, crisis service, emergency service, legal adviser, or financial adviser.
The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, addiction, or mental health condition. Any content, coaching, AI response, protocol, reminder, score, risk band, or suggestion is for informational and self-improvement purposes only.
If you are in immediate danger, may harm yourself or another person, or need urgent help, call local emergency services immediately. If you need medical, mental health, or addiction care, contact a qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the Service and for seeking professional help when needed.
4. Account registration and security
You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account, except where unauthorized activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You may not create accounts using false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is available in the app and on the public privacy page linked from the app listing.
6. Beta and TestFlight status
The Service may be provided through TestFlight or another beta-testing channel. Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, experimental flows, changing designs, limited availability, data resets, downtime, or inaccurate outputs.
During the TestFlight/beta milestone, subscription purchase logic may be disabled or incomplete. Features shown as "Manage subscription" may be informational, disabled, or direct you to platform-level subscription management without selling an active paid plan.
Do not rely on beta versions for critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
7. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing
At this stage, Alpha Male may be offered without active subscription purchase logic. If paid subscriptions, trials, or purchases are enabled in the future:
- The app will show applicable price, renewal, trial, and cancellation information before purchase.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store will be processed by Apple and governed by Apple's payment terms.
- We do not collect or store your full payment card number.
- You will manage cancellation, renewal, and refunds through the platform where you purchased, unless we provide another official method.
- "Restore purchases" will be used to restore valid platform purchases to the extent supported by the app and purchase provider.
Nothing in these Terms requires us to offer subscriptions or paid features during beta testing.
8. Your content
"User Content" means content you submit, upload, create, or share through the Service, including profile information, goals, check-ins, journals/accountability notes, relapse notes, urge logs, support messages, Alpha Chief messages, Alpha Tribe posts/replies, reactions, profile photos, and other text or media.
You keep ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant below.
You grant Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, operating the Service under the Synapse Stacks product and support brand, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, modify for formatting, analyze, and use your User Content as needed to:
- Provide and improve the Service.
- Generate scores, summaries, insights, reminders, and AI responses.
- Display content you choose to share.
- Operate social/accountability features.
- Provide support.
- Moderate content and enforce these Terms.
- Maintain safety, security, and legal compliance.
This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is allowed under these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
9. Alpha Tribe and user-generated content rules
Alpha Tribe and similar features may allow users to post, reply, react, or share content with other users. You are responsible for your User Content and interactions.
You agree not to post or share content that:
- Is pornographic, erotic, sexually explicit, or intended to arouse.
- Sexualizes minors or appears to involve minors in any sexual context.
- Promotes sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual sexual behavior.
- Encourages relapse, self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, stalking, harassment, bullying, hate, or illegal activity.
- Contains threats or targeted harassment.
- Reveals another person's private information without permission.
- Impersonates someone else or misrepresents your identity.
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains spam, scams, malware, or deceptive links.
- Attempts to bypass app safety systems, moderation, Shield Mode, or platform rules.
We may remove, hide, restrict, or preserve content; limit visibility; suspend or terminate accounts; or contact authorities where we believe it is appropriate or legally required.
To report objectionable content or abusive users, contact contact@synapsestacks.com. We may add or modify in-app reporting tools over time.
10. AI mentor terms
Alpha Chief is an AI-assisted coaching feature. AI responses may be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, unsafe, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You agree that:
- Alpha Chief is not a therapist, doctor, sponsor, emergency responder, or professional adviser.
- You will not rely on Alpha Chief for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or decisions that require a licensed professional.
- You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before acting on them.
- You will not use Alpha Chief to create erotic content, exploitative content, harassment, illegal content, or other content that violates these Terms.
- We may route messages to third-party AI infrastructure to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may limit, suspend, or modify AI features at any time for safety, cost, abuse-prevention, or product reasons.
11. Shield Mode terms
Shield Mode is a friction tool. It may help block or interrupt selected apps or adult websites when enabled, depending on your device, operating system, permissions, platform limitations, network conditions, and configuration.
Shield Mode is not guaranteed to block every explicit website, app, image, message, search result, browser, proxy, VPN, private-browsing session, or workaround. You remain responsible for your device choices and behavior.
You agree not to misuse Shield Mode, Accessibility permissions, VPN permissions, FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, or related platform APIs. You can disable Shield Mode in the app or through device settings.
12. Trusted friend and SMS features
If you save a trusted friend phone number, the Service may help open your device's SMS app with a prefilled message when you ask for support. You are responsible for reviewing and sending the message. We do not guarantee delivery, response, or availability of your friend.
Only save a phone number you are allowed to use for this purpose.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Use the Service for harassment, exploitation, abuse, threats, stalking, hate, or illegal activity.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, or attack the Service except as permitted by law.
- Access another user's account or data without permission.
- Circumvent security, moderation, rate limits, payment systems, or platform restrictions.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute pornographic, exploitative, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, Synapse Stacks, or Alpha Male.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, impair, or interfere with the Service.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, workflows, prompts, data models, and other materials, is owned by Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, operating under the Synapse Stacks product and support brand, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
15. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services, platforms, APIs, models, stores, browsers, mail clients, SMS apps, DNS providers, device permissions, and operating-system frameworks. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control their availability, security, or behavior.
16. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue features at any time. This includes changing reminders, scores, AI models, Shield Mode behavior, social features, beta features, free features, and future paid features.
We may release updates that are required to continue using the Service.
17. Account deletion and termination
You may request deletion of your account in the app or by contacting contact@synapsestacks.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the Service, created legal risk, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.
After account deletion or termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including provisions related to privacy, user content retention, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, moderation, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, operating the Service under the Synapse Stacks product and support brand, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and security.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
- Recovery tools will prevent relapse or explicit-content use.
- Shield Mode will block all unwanted apps, websites, content, or workarounds.
- Scores, risk bands, summaries, or AI responses will be accurate.
- Notifications will be delivered at a specific time or at all.
- Social/accountability features will be free from harmful, inaccurate, or offensive content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, Synapse Stacks, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, relapse, emotional distress, device issues, service interruption, or unauthorized access, arising from or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits of liability, so some limits may not apply to you.
20. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, Synapse Stacks, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of law or another person's rights.
- Your interactions with other users.
21. Apple-specific terms
If you access the Service through an Apple device or Apple platform:
- These Terms are between you and Hafiz Muhammad Zuhaib, operating the Service under the Synapse Stacks product and support brand, not Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
- If the Service fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to Apple's rules.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
- Your use of the Service must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules.
22. Disputes
If you have a concern, contact contact@synapsestacks.com first so we can try to resolve it informally.
These Terms and any disputes will be handled according to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your location.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion if desired.
